Restoration of Frames

Leverton Framers can offer a restoration service for damaged pictures. Replacement of clear or non-reflective glass, or "Trueguard" conservation glass to protect art from the most damaging UV light rays.

A small amount of antique clear glass is held in stock - unfortunately this is becoming hard to find, but if you would like your antique painting to look as authentic as possible we can probably help!

Cleaning of oil paintings and watercolours, drawings and prints on paper.

Repairing damage to oil paintings and frames.

Removal of thunderbugs from under glass - a seemlingly endless job, especially after the harvest in this area!!
